At Vision, we respect your privacy.Vision is a personal productivity app designed to support focused work and long term progress. Your data is yours. We do not build profiles, sell data, or track you across the web.This Privacy Policy explains what limited data Vision interacts with and how it is handled.

Vision is designed to work without collecting your personal content.

Productivity Data
Your tasks, projects, notes, focus sessions, streaks, and progress data are stored:
- locally on your device, and
- optionally synced through your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKitWe do not access, store, or process this content on our own servers.

Account and App State
Vision may store minimal, non sensitive app state information to support features such as onboarding flow, subscription access, and rewards eligibility. This data is used only to ensure the app functions correctly and is not used to identify or track you.

Support Communication
If you choose to contact us for support or feedback, you may voluntarily provide information such as your email address. This information is used only to respond to your request.

- Your productivity data is used only within the app to power features such as focus sessions, streaks, XP, and progress tracking.
- If iCloud sync is enabled, Apple handles the storage and transfer of your data through CloudKit.
- Vision does not analyze your personal content.
- Vision does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

Vision may collect limited, non personal diagnostic information to understand app stability and usage at a high level, such as:
- app launches
- feature availability
- error and crash reports
This data does not include your tasks, notes, focus sessions, or personal content, and cannot be used to identify you individually.

- Your data remains on your device or within your private iCloud account.
- Apple’s secure infrastructure and encryption are used for iCloud sync where applicable.
- Vision does not have access to your productivity content.

- Vision contains no ads.
- Vision does not track you across apps or websites.
- Vision does not sell, rent, or monetize your data.

You retain full control of your data.Because Vision does not store your productivity data on its own servers:
- deleting the app removes local data from your device
- iCloud synced data can be managed directly through your Apple ID settings

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Vision evolves. Any material changes will be communicated through the app or release notes.
