By using Vision (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You may use Vision solely for personal productivity purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any harmful activity.

All content, designs, icons, code, and branding in Vision are the intellectual property of Aymen Charmi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Vision may offer paid features via an auto-renewing subscription (e.g., Vision Pro).- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are offered for partially used periods.

You may stop using Vision at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, bug-free operation, or specific productivity outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the app.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
